    You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same physical condition that you received it.
  • The item must be kept securely in its original packaging.
  • The item requires a receipt, digital invoice, or official proof of purchase from clickwithshop.com.
  1. Refunds
    Once we receive your returned package, our technical team will inspect the item and immediately notify you that we have received it safely.

Following the quality control inspection, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund directly to your credit card (or original method of payment). The timing of the credit appearance depends entirely on your financial institution or card issuer’s internal policies.

  1. Shipping Costs
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable. If you receive a strategic refund, the formal cost of return shipping processing will be deducted directly from your final refund absolute total.
  2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, structurally defective, or completely incorrect upon delivery, please contact our support team immediately. Provide your order number along with clear photographic or video evidence. We will quickly arrange a brand-new replacement or provide a 100% full refund at zero additional cost to you.
